The USMC chose this pad set for their new standard-issue pack for good reason. Our Mountaineering Pad Set can comfortably carry up to 200lbs, thanks to our proprietary fragmentation-resistant polymer 1606MC Pack Frame and open mesh pad set. It was designed to be durable, lightweight, and ergonomically advanced, featuring a one-piece scapula/shoulder pad system and a secure, adjustable waist-belt.
